Italian Bruschetta Recipe


  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1 loaf long French bread , sliced
  • 8 chopped roma tomatoes
  • 1⁄3 cup red onion chopped
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped

Preparation Instructions:
Chop roma tomatoes, garlic and red onions and put them into a medium sized bowl. In a food processor chop the basil until very fine and add to the tomato mixture. Add red wine vinegar and oil, and salt/pepper and mix well. Let it sit. Meanwhile grill or broil the bread until it`s just toasted.
