Italian Stuffed Chicken Breasts Recipe

6 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 1 – ounce sticks
12 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
4 tablespoons butter
8 ounces prosciutto ham or 6 slices prosciutto ham
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken in a large zip-lock bag and pound with a rubber mallet until very thin. Sprikle the chicken with salt, peper, marjoram and thyme. Place the prosciutto ham on top of the chicken. Place the sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella sticks on top of the ham. Roll the chicken breasts around the filling and place them close together in a baking dish; baste with butter. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes. Slice the chicken breasts into half-inch medallions for serving.
