Italian Smoked Sausage Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
1 (1 lb) package hillshire farm smoked sausage, sliced (any variety)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup pasta shells
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 1/2 cups hot water
1 (18 ounce) can kidney beans, drained


Preparation Instructions:
In large deep skillet or Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, brown sausage and onions in oil, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes with their juice, water, pasta, and boullion. Bring to a boil. Add beans. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is tender, about 15-20 minutes. Ladle into bowls and serve.
