Italian Sweet Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
7 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
3 ½ cups bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation Instructions:
Place all the ingredients into the bread machine. Set the dough cycle. When the cycle is complete, put the dough onto a greased surface and let it sit for 20 minutes. After the dough has rested, cut it in half. Form into two long loaves. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
