|Italian Buttercream Recipe
Ingredients:
5 ounces egg whites
1 ¼ cups sugar
1⁄3 cup water
1 lb butter
Preparation Instructions:
Heat sugar and water up to 240 degrees. Whip the egg whites until it`s almost a stiff peak, then shut off. When sugar is done flip the mixer on low and pour the sugar in bowl.Immediately turn the mixer on high and whip until cool. Slowly add the butter. Flavor to your liking (any kind of extract will work and so will liquors).
