How To Make Fried Ravioli – Toasted Ravioli Recipe (VIDEO)

Fried Ravioli is something that I have made on occasion over the last 20 years. I don’t remember where I got this recipe idea from, but I found out a few years ago that toasted ravioli is very popular in St. Louis. I typically make my own pasta sauce, but I don’t expect a college student to make a sauce when there are so many canned or jarred sauces that are very good. Because college students typically don’t have a lot of money, I used the least expensive sauce I could find. This appetizer was less than $6 to prepare. There were leftovers also.

The ingredients were:
Oil (canola or vegetable oil work great)
Store bought fresh pasta
canned sauce
bread crumbs
eggs
Parmesan cheese (the cheaper the better save the packets from when you order pizza)
