Minestrone soup in instant pot | Under 30 Mins IP Dinner (VIDEO)

Recently I met with an accident and I couldn’t stress how much meals with minimal prep like this soup helps.

I have used, readily available item or canned or prepped food for quicker meals.

1. Frozen veggies – (california blend)
2. Tomato sauce – canned
3. Veggie stock store bought
4. Dried basil
5. washed spinach

All I had to do is just dump and go with minimal preparation.
