One Pan Meals | Tortellini Primavera | IS IT POSSIBLE?! (VIDEO)

Can you make a full meal in one pan that’s healthy and tasty?! IN UNDER 30 MINUTES?! LET’S FIND OUT! Let’s test this recipe to see if it’s even possible! (Spoiler alert, you DEFINITELY want to know this recipe!)

RECIPE:

2 cups cheese filled tortellini
1 zucchini
1 green bell pepper
¾ lb. button mushrooms
4 medium carrots
1 small broccoli head
1 jar of pasta sauce
1 cup water
Italian seasoning or herbs to taste (such as Herbs de Provence, basil, parsley, and/or oregano)
Parmesan cheese


1. Cut all vegetables to similar sizes (about ¼”, see video.)

2. Put all ingredients except for the parmesan cheese into a pot or skillet.

3. Cook with the lid on over medium heat about 15 minutes. Remove lid and cook until vegetables and pasta are tender, and the sauce is a consistency that you like. This was about another 10 minutes for me. Stir occasionally throughout the entire cooking!

4. Remove from heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. And enjoy!
