Ricotta Spinach and Sausage Easter Pie (VIDEO)

This savory ricotta spinach sausage pie is perfect for spring.

Recipe Ingredients:
cream cheese pie crust
16 oz ricotta
3 eggs
2 oz pecorino romano, grated
4 oz shredded asiago, grated
¼ tsp garlic powder
12 oz frozen spinach
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
4 links of Italian sausage
salt and black pepper to taste
