Pasta Fagioli (Slow Cooker) (VIDEO)

Pasta Fagioli is one of my family’s all-time comfort foods and it’s so easy! I recently made this for co-workers at a pot luck and it was a hit, so I thought I’d add a video. Make this with some breadsticks and a small side salad with Italian dressing and you’ve got yourself a “Dining Out” experience at home. Happy Cooking!

Edit: I accidentally said that you use 2 (28oz) cans of diced tomatoes, but you only actually need 1 (28oz) can for this recipe. I was able to correct the text pop-ups but I didn’t correct the audio. Sorry!

Feeds: 8 – 12 people

Ingredients:

– 2 lbs ground beef
– 1 large onion (diced)
– 3 carrots (diced)
– 2 celery stalks (diced)
– 1 (28oz) can of diced tomatoes (undrained)
– 1 (16oz) can of red kidney beans (drained)
– 1 (20oz) jar of spaghetti sauce
– 1 (16oz) can of white beans (drained)
– 30oz beef stock
– 3 tablespoons oregano
– 2 teaspoons pepper
– 5 teaspoons parsley flakes
– 4oz salad mac pasta
