Ingredients:
4 c. shredded red cabbage
1/3 c. granulated white sugar
1/2 c. olive oil
4 c. green cabbage, shredded
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. fresh-ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. aged balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. Vidalia or other sweet onion, finely chopped
Chopped fresh Italian parsley for garnish
1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation Instructions:
Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed, pepper, and olive oil until they are combined. Toss the cabbages and onion with the vinegar mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight allowing it to marinate. Best used within a week. Enjoy!
