Perfect white cake with Italian meringue

Ingridients:

For Cake:
2 eggs
180 gr of sugar
100 gr of butter
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
180 ml of milk
1 tbsp of baking soda

For Italian meringue:
1 egg white
60 gr of brown sugar
1 tbsp of water


Method:
1) Preheat your oven at the tempretue of 175
1) Mix the butter until it will be nice and smooth
2) Add 120 gr of sugar and mix until it will be well combined
3) Add baking soda and flour and mix as well
4) Put egg yolks once for a time and vanilla essense
5) Add milk
6) In other mixing bowl put egg whites and mix it with sugar
7) Put it in your mixture of cake and mix it with a spoon
8) Bake the cake abour 20-25 min
9) In other mixing bowl put egg white without sugar and beat it on a midium speed
10) In a little souspan put the brown sugar and water on midium heat and wait until it will start boiling
11) Carefully add the mixture into eff white and beat on a high speed
12) When the cake is chilled put there an italian meringue and decorate the cake with whipped cream and unsweated cocoa powder
