Christmas Lasagna how to make recipe with non traditional béchamel sauce (VIDEO)

Ingredients

Sausages skins removed ¾ lb or 350 grams (Mine had red peppers/chilli paprika)
Beef Mince very lean 500 grams
Passata 1 ½ pints
cheese called “Apple wood” you will need to grate it
Mozzarella cheese grated
Parmesan grated
Cottage cheese 1 ½ tub (16 oz)
Ricotta cheese 1 tub (10 oz)
2 egg
Fresh Parsley
Fresh pasta sheets
Tomato puree tube ¾ of a tube to 1 tube
Onion 1 small
Garlic 2 cloves
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Olive oil
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Sugar to taste for red meaty sauce

I did not make a note of the exact amount of “Applewood cheese” and “Mozzarella cheese” you may need to watch the vid again to estimate or do the cheese to taste.
