Date Night Pizza (VIDEO)
A romantic twist on a classic pizza. The recipe below.

1 package pre-made pizza dough
2 cups shredded Black Diamond® Mozzarella Cheese
½ cup pizza sauce
¾ cup heirloom cheery tomatoes, halved
1 quarter red onion, sliced
1 stem fresh basil
Any other toppings you prefer
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425º F
Put dough on pizza pan coated with cornmeal and press out from centre, forming a heart shape
Use the back of a spoon to coat dough evenly with pizza sauce
Sprinkle dough evenly with shredded Black Diamond® Mozzarella Cheese
Add your choice of toppings
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or as indicated on pre-made dough package, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbling
Garnish with fresh basil leaves
