|Quest Protein Pizza using Quest Multi Purpose Mix.

Dough Ingredient:
– 1⁄ 2 cup of cauliflower florets
– 1⁄ 4 cup egg whites
– 1⁄ 4 cup crushed Quest® Sea Salt Protein Chips
– 3⁄ 4 cup Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder
– 1⁄ 3 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1⁄ 2 teaspoon salt
– 1⁄ 2 cup part-skim mozzarella
– 2 tablespoon almond meal
– Cooking spray
Directions:
– Add cooled cauliflower to blender with egg whites and Quest® chips, and blend until smooth.
– In a medium-size bowl, gently mix Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder, garlic powder, salt, mozzarella, and almond meal.
– Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and, using a whisk, mix until they are fully incorporated.
– Lightly spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
– Place dough mixture in center of baking sheet, and spread gently into a circle about 1⁄4-inch thick and about 10 inches in diameter (dough mix will be slightly sticky, use small amount of protein powder on hands to avoid sticking).
– Bake in oven for 7 minutes.
– Using a spatula, flip dough and bake additional 3 minutes.
– Once dough is finished baking, set aside.
