How is Italian Rice Balls stuffed with meat made..My aunt made them that way..She stuffed the middle with a bit of sauce and meat..like a meatball..then closed them up and fried them..She was a little Italian lady and has long passed and I am dying to find out how she made them..She always said they were a lot of work,but,yummmy ,were they GOOD !! Hope you can help with a recipe…
