Jain Minestrone Soup (VIDEO)

1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/3 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/3 cup finely chopped zucchini
1-2 finely chopped celery stalk
few basil leaves
2 tbsp boiled corn
1/2 cup cooked pasta
2 cups tomato puree
2 cups vegetable stock
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 tsp cornflour paste
oregano
chilli flakes
pepper
salt
oil
1. Saute vegetables in olive oil for 5-7 minutes.
2. Add tomato puree and give it a boil.
3. Now add the stock and boiled corn.
4. Add herbs, salt, pepper, tabasco, ketchup & cornflour paste and cook for 8-10 minutes.
5. Finally, add pasta and cook for 1 minute.
6. It’s ready to be served!
