These elements make the pizza soft , highly digestible and good .
Here are the doses for 8 people :
– 1l of water at room temperature ;
– 50g of whole salt ;
– 1 g of fresh yeast ;
– 1.5 kg of flour , obtained by three different blend flour Caputo .
