|Pizza Paratha – a perfect fusion food. Pizza paratha made with whole wheat flour is the perfect alternative to the regular pizza made with maida.

Yields: 4 Parathas
For the dough:
2 cups Whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
For the Stuffing:
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup yellow/red Capsicum, chopped
1/4 cup green Capsicum, chopped
1/4 cup Corn, boiled
2 tablespoon Tomato, chopped & deseeded
2 tablespoon Olives, sliced
1 & 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese or Pizza Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Chilli flakes
Italian seasoning / Mixed herbs – to taste
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Salt – to taste
