Root Beer Pulled Pork & Italian Sausage Tortellini (VIDEO)
Root Beer Pulled Pork
3 lb pork roast
20 oz bottle of root beer (your favorite)
18 oz bottle barbecue sauce (your favorite)
8 hamburger buns

Place the pork in the slow cooker and pour in the root beer. Set your crock pot to low and cook for 12 hours. Remove the pork and shred, also drain the root beer. Cover the pork with your favorite BBQ sauce and cook on low for 30 mins. Your ready to eat!
2 lb Italian sausage,
2 cups Baby spinach, fresh loosely packed
2 cloves Garlic
2 cups Onions
1 (28 ounce) can Tomatoes, petite
3/4 cup Chicken broth
24 oz Tortellini, fresh or frozen
1 Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 cups Regular or heavy cream
Heat a large pot or skillet add your olive oil and once hot add the onions. Add your sausage and let golden(I suggest to drain the grease first before adding the garlic). Add the broth, tomatoes, cream, and tortellini or any other pasta you want to use. let it boil, cover and simmer for 30 mins. Add your salt and pepper and then add your handfuls of spinach(if you want)
