In this video I’m going to show you how I made this 3 tiered cake with rustic buttercream and toasted Italian meringue. I decorated it with salted caramel popcorn, gold chocolate ruffles, meringue kisses and physalis. It was all for a bit of fun to see how it would all look so It was made with cake dummys.

I’m so sorry if I said ‘physalis’ wrong, I have no idea how it say it haha!
