Seafood Risotto | “Chef It” with Guyana Marriott (VIDEO)

• Seafood Risotto
o 1.5 oz. prawns
o 1.5 oz. scallops
o 1.5 oz. mussels
o 1.5 oz. squid
o 0.5 oz. bell pepper
o 0.5 oz. onion
o 0.1 oz. chopped garlic
o 0.1 basil
o 2 oz. Napolitano sauce
o 1 oz. olive oil
o 0.5 oz. Parmesan cheese
o 0.5 oz. butter
o 1 oz. Vegetable broth
Method
1. Heat the pan, add the olive oil and garlic
2. Add the seafood and sauté for 1 minute, take out and reserve
3. In the same pan add the vegetables sauté after that add the broth
4. Add the precook rice, Napolitano sauce and cook
5. Add the seafood and cook
6. Finally add parmesan cheese, chopped basil and butter.
7. Serve with a fancy decoration
