Place a pot of water over medium heat. Once water comes to a boil add a 12 oz bag of noodles. After 10 mins or once tender, drain the water and sit the noodles aside

Peal tails and skin off of small deveined {cooked or uncooked} shrimp… rinse them off and place them in a bowl.

Season them with 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of Cajun seasoning and mix the seasoning in

Place a frying pan over low heat and add 2 tbs of butter to the pan. Add 1 tsp of minced garlic and stir…. after 1 minute add 1-1/4 cups of heavy whipping cream. Then add 5 oz of real shredded Parmesan cheese and 2 tbs of graded Parmesan cheese.

Allow it to simmer until it thickens…. make sure it doesn’t thicken too much… you want it to be slightly runny

Cut the fire off once it thickens and then add shrimp

Then poor Alfredo shrimp over plated noodles
