Socca Italian Meat Casserole (VIDEO)

This recipe comes to me by way of a cool dude named Rivet Gardner.

He got the recipe from a cookbook by Lidia Bastianich, so here is the original recipe! I put my own tweeze on it with some Tango Spice Rome Is Burning!

2 LBS Cabbage, Shredded, Red and Green
1 C Basil Pesto
¼ C Olive oil
1 Stick Butter
3-4 LBS Round Steak or Chuck
2 TSP Salt
2 – 3 LBS Yukon Gold potatoes
1 LB Fontina Cheese, grated
2 C Pinot Grigio Wine
