Spaghetti Meat Sauce Recipe by Deelovelylife:

1.5 lbs of ground beef
2 Garlic Cloves chopped
1/2 table spoon Italian Seasoning
1 can of Tomato Sauce
1 can of Diced Tomatoes (undrained)
1 or 2 table spoons of Wine
Salt & Pepper to season
Grated Parmesan Cheese as topping

Cook ground beef until brown on medium high heat. Add in garlic cloves, salt pepper, and Italian seasoning. Reduce heat to very low. Next add a can of tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and 1 tsp of more italian seasoning, and stir. Quickly after, fill a can about 1/4 of water or less (if you like a thicker sauce) and add to mixture. Then pour in about 1 or 2 table spoons of wine. You can use any type of wine you prefer to enjoy (red or white). Stir real good, and let simmer on low heat for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve over pasta and top it off with some grated parmesan cheese! Enjoy!
