Ossobuco Italian Recipe.

Ingredients:
3 to 4 Veal Shanks or (Beef Shanks) (3 lbs – 1.4 Kg)
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3 Cups Beef Broth
10 oz (283g) Celery
10 oz (283g) Carrots
1 Large Tomato
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Small Onion
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Bay Leaves
Dried Rosemary
Salt, Black Pepper


Preparations:
1- Dice the onion, celery, carrots and tomato.
