Lavender flavored water is a natural refreshing drink, useful for increasing fluid intake and maintaining hydration in the warmer months.

Lavender flavored water satisfies the taste without sugar, sweeteners and synthetic flavors. Cold macerate of lavender flowers can be useful in case of hiccups. May have diuretic effects.

INGREDIENTS:

1 l of mineral water
200 g of apricots
100 g of blueberries
1 teaspoon of lavender flowers from Provence for food use

Carefully wash the apricots and blueberries, inside a fine-mesh strainer also the lavender flowers. Remove the stones from the apricots and divide them into quarters. Place the blueberries in the bottom of a glass container, add the prepared apricots and lavender flowers, pour in the water, seal and refrigerate.
Serve the strained water after at least three hours, or prepare the infusion in single-serving jars to serve with a straw.
