When i miss so much of spaghetti and do not have the fresh ingredient in hand, this is my way of getting the decent spaghetti.

Spaghetti Chicken Bolognese is my lazy recipe for all of you out there. Yeah, we have our lazy recipe, at least i do. Sometimes, with work and family, there are so much things to do. I think it is alright to have a cheat day, at least for us who cook almost everyday.

It is so simple to prepare and i know you will agree with me once you make this.Not only it is easy but delicious too.

One thing that will make different in this recipe is the mozzarella cheese, please go and get a good mozzarella cheese. If you go with the cheap cheese, you might as well do no top with it.Serve with Parmesan cheese will do.
