Ingredients: How to Make Veg Cheese Pizza.

*My 1 tbsp Oil = 50 ml or (One Ladle = 50 ml)

* Readymade Pizza Base
* 4 – 5 Tomato
* 1/2 tsp Sugar
* 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
* Salt to Taste
* Jalapenos
* Black Olives
* 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder (kali mirch powder)
* 1 tsp Red Chilli flakes (Laal mirch ke guchchhe)
* Basil Leaves (tulasee kee pattiyaan)
* Mozzarella Grated Cheese
* 2 Medium size Chopped Onion
* 10 Cloves of finely Chopped Garlic
* 1/2 Red Chopped Capcicum
* 1/2 Yellow Chopped Capcicum
* 1/2 Green Chopped Capcicum
* 1 Medium size Chopped Onion
* Oregano Leaves


We all love Pizza and being a vegetarian, Veg pizza in an obvious choice. I love to have as many vegetables as possible on top.

One such celebrated dish is Pizza. Making it at home right from the base is really exciting and delicious too 🙂

In many ways I have learned that making a pizza is like constructing a piece of art. The base of the pizza is like the foundation of the art form. And in this case it needs to look right, smell good and taste great!

For heaven sake, pizza came out really well at the first go itself and I’ve been baking it quite a lot of times since then. I have tried different toppings for my pizza but nothing can beat the simple vegetable cheese version 🙂

My personal favorite is green bell-pepper (called Capsicum in India) as it provides a lot of color and crunchiness to veggie pizza.

Mozzarella Cheese is extremely tasty and worthy of efforts you put to make one.

Vegetable Cheese Pizza is an awesome snack recipe, here pizza base is topped with lots of vegetables and cheese and then cooked in oven Or Pan in just few minutes. This pizza is the best option of snack for vegetarian people. It has a very special place in various functions and parties. Kids love this pizza. It is my routine recipe as I make this 1-2 times in a week.
