Alette di pollo al pomodoro e lime

INGREDIENTS:

4 chicken wings
3 tablespoons oil
wine
5 tablespoons tomato pulp
half a tablespoon tomato paste
lime
salt
chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS:

In a saucepan, heat three tablespoons of oil and brown, over high heat, the chicken wings, on both sides. You can remove the skin of the chicken before cooking or leave it, it depends on your personal taste, in this recipe the chicken is cooked keeping it.

After 3 minutes, deglaze with the white wine, add the tomato pulp and salt. Add the tomato paste and continue cooking for a few minutes, still over high heat.

Lower the heat and cover the pot and continue cooking for at least fifteen minutes.

Take care to turn the wings from time to time. When the sauce thickens, the wings are ready. Serve, starting with a spoonful of sauce, place the wings on top, sprinkle with fresh parsley and grate a little lime zest.
