CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

FRESH CREAM
POWDERED SUGAR
VANILLA ESSENCE
AGAR AGAR
COCONUT MILK
CHOCOLATE
COCO POWDER
POWDERED COFFEE


PROCESS :

1.Add cream after making pan warm (turn off flame when adding cream)
2.Add sugar
3.Add vanilla essence
4.Now turn on the flame and add coconut milk
5.Turn off the flame as you see bubbles over milk
6.Add boiling water in agar agar
7.Add this agar agar to the mixture
8.Add 1 tsp coco powder and 1/2 tsp coffee powder, mix well
9.Filter the mixture with strainer to remove any lumps formed
10.Put it in a glass or bowl and refrigerate for 4 hrs.

AFTER 4 HOURS:

1.Melt the chocolate
2.Pour fresh cream in a pan and turn on the flame, (don’t boil the fresh cream)
3.Add melted chocolate in warm fresh milk
4.Add boiling water in agar agar again
5.Now add it in the warm cream and chocolate mixture, mix it well
6.Let it come on room temperature
7.Pour this mixture over the refrigerated panna cotta
8.Refrigerate again for 4-5 years
9.Now serve your loved ones who love chocolate, your husband, your kids, your dad-mom…anyone !
