Cannoli’s 3 Ways (VIDEO)
|Classic Cannoli
-32 oz. Galbani® Ricotta
-1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-8 oz. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
-18 cannoli shells
Directions:
– Mix ricotta, sugar, vanilla, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
– Using a spoon or pastry bag, fill the shells with cheese mixture.
– Serve immediately so shells stay crisp.
Cannoli Bites
Ingredients:
-28 to 32 oz. Galbani® Ricotta Cheese
-1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-30 mini phyllo shells or 18 cannoli shells
-8oz. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Directions:
– Mix cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
– Using a spoon or pastry bag, fill the shells with cheese mixture.
– Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and serve immediately so that the shells stay crispy.
Ice Cream Cone Cannoli:
Ingredients:
-15 oz. Galbani® Ricotta
-1/2 cup powdered sugar
-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
-1/4 tsp. orange rind, grated
-1/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
-8 sugar ice cream cones
-Chocolate sprinkles
Directions:
– With wooden spoon, mix ricotta, sugar, vanilla and orange rind until smooth.
– Add chips and stir until evenly blended. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
– Spoon mixture into ice cream cones.
– Add sprinkles and serve.
