5 Minute Pizza Dough From Scratch | August Cooking | Vegetarian Recipe | Pizza Recipe

5 minute pizza dough:

1 ¾ cups of self rising flour

1 cup of plain yogurt

Combine and mix for about 5 minutes.

My toppings of choice:

Pizza sauce

Fresh minced garlic

Whole milk mozzarella cheese

Baby portabella mushrooms

Parmesan cheese

Cajun seasoning

Add fresh basil on top of the cooked pizza after cutting. Enjoy!

Add 1 T of baking soda if you do not have self rising flour. Knead the dough until it is smooth and flatten to the desired size. I made mine about 12 inches. Top with all your favorite pizza toppings and cook at 500F for 14 minutes on a preheated pizza stone.
In this video I am going to make fresh pizza dough from scratch in 5 minutes. This makes a delicious light pizza dough similar to bread sticks dough. It is so easy and tasty that you may never spend an hour and a half making yeast based pizza dough again.
