How To BBQ a Mini Calzone Pizza on a Big Green Egg (VIDEO)

Making a Calzone Pizza on a Big Green Egg with a Calzone press. Now thats a way to spend the sunday afternoon with your kids!

How To:
1. Fill your barbecue with enough charcoal to last a while
2. Setup your barbecue for pizza baking
3. Preffered temperature is about 300 degrees celcius or 550 degrees fahrenheit
4.Use standard pizza dough to make shell of the calzone
5. Put the dough in the calzone press, or just fill the dough if you don’t have a calzone press.
6. Fill the dough with fresh ingredients, that you love the most.
7. Make a seal by wetting the edge with water.
8. Close the calzone and put it on the pizza stone.
9 Brush the calzone with olive oil for that nice crunchy golden crust
10. Bake the Calzone for about 8 minutes
