How To Make Pork Piccata with Lemon Broccoli Pasta (VIDEO)

This super easy pork piccata recipe with lemon broccoli pasta can be thrown together in mere minutes. It’s made with pork loin chops which are much leaner than other cuts of meat. Adding broccoli to the pasta adds a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals and fiber to the meal. Filling up on veggies is a great strategy to keep you from eating too many refined carbs in the overall dish. But no one will be thinking about the healthy ratios when they’re enjoying this succulent lighter pork piccata dinner.
