Italian Sub on Homemade Roll – Rody’s Kitchen

Homemade Rolls
1 1/4 cups warm water
4 1/4 cups Bread Flour
1 Tbsp Milk
4 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Salt
2 1/2 Tbsp Melted Butter
3 tsp Yeast


Set bread maker to dough, when done, form into sub rolls, cover with a towel and let rise for 45 minutes

Bake bread at 350 degrees or until done

Slice pepperoni, salami
Add ham, pepperoni and salami to a skillet on media heat, seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, cook until browned on both sides
Add sliced string cheese and cook until melted

Layer sub roll with lettuce, tomato and aioli sauce, finish with ham, pepperoni, salami and cheese
