|Italian Submarine Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
16 slices hard salami
Italian dressing
4 slices ham
24 slices sandwich size pepperoni
4-8 slices provolone cheese
4 slices turkey (optional)
4 hoagie rolls
Preparation Instructions:
Toast the opened sub rolls under the broiler until they are lightly browned. Top each roll (covering both sides) with 1 slice of ham, 1 slice turkey (optional), 4 slices of hard salami, 6 slices of pepperoni and 1-2 slices provolone cheese. Place them back under the broiler and heat until the cheese is brown and bubbly. Remove from the oven and top with Italian Dressing or mayo. Serve with chips and carrot sticks.
