Ingredients:
Mini Italian Loaf Bread
2 oz (57g) Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz (57g) Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Cheese
1 oz (28g) Cheddar Cheese
0.5 oz (14g) Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Shredded)
1/4 Bunch (0.5 oz / 14g) Green Onions
2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Garlic Cloves
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt, Dried Rosemary, Crushed Chili Pepper


Preparations:
1- Make diagonal cuts into the bread (inch apart) leaving a bottom one inch intact.
2- Mince the green onions.
