1 Russet Potato
3 Mozzarella Sticks
3 Carrots
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt
Preparations:
1- Peel and dice the potato and carrots.
2- Dice the onion.
3- Slice the mozzarella sticks to preferred size.
