Potato roasty | Italian-indian fusion | healthy breakfast recipe (VIDEO)

Potato roasty is an italian dish with a mix of indian flavours.

Recipe:
– Semi boil the potatoes.
– Grate carrots and potatoes.
– Take a bowl, add 2 cup grated semi boiled potatoes.
– 2 spoon grated carrot.
– 2 spoon chopped onion.
– 2 spoon chopped capsicum.
– 2 spoon chopped coriander.
– 1 spoon chopped basil(Tulsi).
– 1/4 spoon chilli flakes.
– 1/4 spoon pepper.
– 1 chopped green chilli.
– 1/2 spoon chopped garlic.
– 2 spoon processed cheese.
– 1/4 tsp oregano.
– Salt to taste.
– 2 tsp maida.
– Mix it well.
– Dip your hand in water and make small ball out of mixture.
– Flatten it on the pan and cook it for 5-6 minutes on low heat.
– Flip it and again cook for 2 minutes.
– Potato roasty is ready to serve.
