How to Make Spaghetti Bolognese (VIDEO)

A good old family favourite. Any left overs can be thrown in the freezer or go great on toast! 🙂

Ingredients:

500g lean pork mince
500g lean beef mince
4 tomatoes
1 1/2 tins tomatoes
3/4 cup of tomato paste
1 stalk of celery
1 brown onion
1 glove of garlic
1 carrot
2 bay leaves
3 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of white wine
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of chives
salt and pepper to taste
spaghetti
parmesan cheese and parsley to serve

* note: make sure to take out the bay leaves before serving .. they don’t taste too good! 😉
