Italian Style Spaghetti (VIDEO)

Every chef has their own spaghetti recipe. Mine is simple and authentic tasting. If you want to substitute ground beef for the ground pork it will work well also.

Ingredients:
Spaghetti Noodles 225g
Ground Pork 1 cup
Rosemary ½ tsp
Thyme ½ tsp
Oregano 1 tbs
Red Wine ¼ cup
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Olive Oil 1 tbs
Minced Onion ½ tbs
Grated Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup
Tomato Paste 1 tbs
Tomato Sauce 2 cups
Salt & Pepper to taste


Procedures:
1. In a cooking pot add 8 cups of water. Add salt to taste, cooking oil to prevent the noodles from sticking.
2. Cook the spaghetti noodles until Al Dente.
3. Drain the cooked spaghetti noodles. Set aside
4. In a frying pan, add olive oil, sauté ground pork until it turns brown. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
5. Remove the cooked ground pork and set aside.
6. In the same frying pan, add minced garlic, minced onion and red wine. Continue stirring
7. Add rosemary, thyme and oregano. Mix well
8. Add the cooked ground pork. Drizzle with tomato sauce, tomato paste. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
9. Assemble on the plate, cooked spaghetti noodles, top with pasta sauce, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
