Pizza dough, Italian traditional recipe (VIDEO)

Hello everybody by Sonia, today we’ll see how to prepare a pizza dough. Let’s see what we need: 250 grams of tepid water, about 500 grams of flour, 3 spoons of extra virgin olive oil, 10-12 grams of fresh brewer’s yeast, 2 teaspoons of sugar and 10 grams of salt.
We can make our dough by hand or with a stand mixer. In this case we pour the tepid water in the stand mixer basin and we add some chopped yeast; then we add the sugar and we activate the stand mixer at a minimum speed, remembering it should have a hook in it. At this point we add half of the flour / and some oil/ salt/ and the remaining flour. So we let the dough working for about 10 minutes till it gets smooth, homogeneous and elastic. / Our dough is ready now, so we take it off the stand mixer, we move it to a worktop and we shape it as a roll. To help its rising , we cut a cross on it and we put it into a greased glass bowl. Then we cover the dough with a film and we leave it to rise for about 60 minutes at about 28 degrees.
There are different versions of pizza dough, for further information let’s visit our website. Goodbye by Sonia, see you to the next video-recipe.
