2013 Genoa Pesto World Championship (VIDEO)

The Genoa Pesto World Championship came to New York and gathered the city’s best pesto competitors. Pesto requires only a few simple ingredients but it’s a skill to craft Liguria’s most famous recipe. Held on September 23, 2013, the event was organized by the Italian Chambers of Commerce and the Italian tourism system.
