Beef and Mushroom Lasagna (VIDEO)

Ingredients:

2 lbs. of ground beef

2 large onions, chopped

4 cups of shredded Italian blend cheese

2 (22 oz.) containers of cottage cheese

4 (10.75 oz.) cans of cream of mushroom soup

2 (13.25 oz) cans of mushrooms, pieces and stems, drained

9 lasagna noodles

Directions:

1. Cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the ground beef is well browned. Drain.

2. In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, the canned mushrooms, and the ground beef and onion.

3. Coat the bottom of a 10.5 x 14.75 baking dish with some of the ground beef mixture.

4. Cover the ground beef mixture with 3 lasagna noodles.

5. Cover the lasagna noodles with a layer of the ground beef mixture.

6. Add a layer of cottage cheese.

7. Add a layer of the Italian blend shredded cheese.

8. Add another layer of lasagna noodles.

9. Add another layer of the ground beef mixture.

10. Add another layer of cottage cheese.

11. Add another layer of the Italian blend shredded cheese.

12. Layer on the last 3 lasagna noodles.

13. Layer on the remaining ground beef mixture.

14. Layer on the remaining cottage cheese.

15. Top with remaining Italian blend shredded cheese.

16. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
