Calzone Tomato – Mozzarella – Pesto, the easy recipe (VIDEO)

How to make a calzone tomato – mozzarella – pesto ? Here’s the easy recipe !

Ingredients :
– A pizza dough
– Mozzarella
– Tomato
– Pesto
– An egg
– Flavoured salt
Every ingredient can be organic.

For this recipe, I used “Sel Cap’tain”, “Cap’tain salt” in english, from Sacré Français, which is a grey salt flavoured with peppers, herbs and seasoning for an italian taste.

Recipe :
1) Preheat the oven at 185°C (365°F)
2) Break the egg and separate the egg white from the egg yolk
3) Slice the tomato and the mozzarella
4) Put up the pizza dough and put the tomato slices on a half of it (with a small one, half a tomato, with a classic one, one tomato)
5) Put pesto on mozzarella slices and put them on the tomato
6) Sprinkle the slices with flavoured salt
7) Put egg white on the outline of the pizza dough
8) Pull down the pizza dough on the preparation
9) Pinch the outline of the pizza dough and then, turn down the outline
10) Brush the pizza dough with the egg yolk
11) Put the calzone into the oven, still at 185°C (365°F), during 35 minutes
