Easy & Quick Polenta Recipe (VIDEO)

Day 43. Another recipe from dad. Polenta. Quick and easy. And the kids love it. Plus, if you have any leftovers you can slice and fry. Yum!

Ingredients:

– 1 cup corn flour medium coarse
– 3 cups water
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1 teaspoon salt

Bring water to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low. Add salt, oil and corn flour. Cook for 5 minutes. Continue to stir as it thickens.

Spread butter (or oil) over the bottom of a deep dish. Pour polenta. Spread evenly. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Cover with a flat dish and flip.
