Italian Fish Salad with Nonna Paolone (VIDEO)

In episode #9 ‎Nonna Paolone‬ is back in California where she’ll be teaching us how to make her simple and delicious Italian Fish Salad. Nonna makes this fish salad every Christmas Eve and Good Friday. When Nonna was growing up in Castropignano, Italy the Italian Catholics observed the tradition of eating no red meat, but instead Fish on those days. Today many Catholics still observe this tradition including Nonna Paolone.

INGREDIENTS:
– 1 lb of Cooked Shrimp
– 1 lb of Cooked Crab
– Parsley
– Celery
– Salt
– Garlic
– 1 Lemon
– Pepper
– Olive Oil – 1 Cup
– 2 Tablespoon of White Vinegar
– Olives (green, black or both)
