Penne Pasta with a Vodka-Tomato Sauce – VEGAN Recipe (VIDEO)

In this video I will show you how to make a vegan version of Penne Pasta with a Vodka and Tomato Sauce! This recipe is easy, healthy, and delicious! Serve it with whatever sides you happen to have in your kitchen, but I highly recommend some of the sautéed brussels sprouts (as shown in my final shot) which I will post in a separate video soon.

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Vodka
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 28 oz Can of Crushed Tomatoes
1 Medium Yellow Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup of canned Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained
1 Tsp dried Marjoram (or 1 Tbsp fresh minced Marjoram)
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup unsweetened and unflavored Almond Milk (or other milk substitute)
1 Pound Penne Pasta
