Rabbit Cacciatore (VIDEO)

Here are the two rabbits that I dispatched yesterday. I wanted to make two separate meals out of them so tonight I did Rabbit Cacciatore. I haven’t made Cacciatore in about 15 years but it just sounded delicious. Normally you make it and then let it sit overnight in the juices but I was too hungry to pass it up.
